V S M R K Hareesh Neelisetti is a seasoned IT professional with over 11 years of experience in the industry. He is a passionate engineer at heart and has grown in his career through development, solutioning, mentoring, and leading teams with rigor and love for automation. Currently working as a Technical Support Engineer at ServiceNow, Hareesh has previously held the positions of Software Engineering Manager and Senior/Staff Application Developer at the same company. He has developed apps based on the ServiceNow platform and automated diagnostic tools. He has also built UX-rich applications for partner-facing applications and has been involved in multiple PoC evaluations. Hareesh is a passionate leader and an ardent problem solver. He enables business stakeholders with various technologies and drives teams from delivery, technical architecture standpoints, fostering cohesive teams as a manager, mentor, and a trusted consultant in aiding pre-sales engagement meetings. Hareesh holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from Koneru Lakshmaiah College of Engineering and an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates from Sree Sree Educational Society.
